GRTCC COOPERATIVE ELECTRIC VEHICLE PROJECT
GRTCC is made up of over 20 driver’s associations/unions. The Ghana Road Transport Coordinating Council [GRTCC] was formed in the year 2001, it was formed by some fourteen (14) existing Transport unions and cooperate bodies, but currently boast of over 20 Transport unions and cooperate bodies.
The objective of forming the council was to bring harmony and promote the socio-economic wellbeing of private commercial transport operators.
Solar Taxi is a limited liability company that started its activities in Kumasi in 2018.
Solar Taxi is geared towards affordable mobility solutions by leveraging electric mobility. It is targeted at reducing carbon emissions and the cost of transportation services to individuals and businesses across the country.
